Our service is for document conversion and content extraction purposes and should be used for legitimate personal or business needs. IMPORTANT: We never permanently store your PDF files. All documents are processed securely and deleted immediately after conversion is complete.

To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Providing accurate and current information • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• Credits are purchased through our pricing page using Stripe payment processing. • All sales are final. Credits are non-refundable once purchased. • One-time credit pack credits do not expire, but are non-transferable. • Monthly subscription credits are valid only within the current billing month and reset at month-end. • Each PDF page conversion costs 1 credit. • If you need more credits than your monthly plan includes, you can buy a separate credit pack. • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with notice to existing users.

All content on PDF to MD Converter, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of PDF to MD Converter or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any documents you upload. By uploading PDF files, you grant us a limited license to process them solely for the purpose of providing the PDF to MD Converter service.

You agree not to: • Upload documents that contain illegal content or that you do not have permission to convert • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models • Interfere with or disrupt the service • Use automated systems to access the service without permission • Share your account credentials with others • Upload malicious files or attempt to exploit the system

PDF to MD Converter is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that: • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free • The conversion results will be 100% accurate or perfectly formatted • The service will be available at all times Conversion results are based on AI analysis and may vary depending on PDF complexity, formatting, and content type. We recommend reviewing converted documents for accuracy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDF to MD Converter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
